The first issue of the scientific online journal "Education and Science" is devoted to such relevant socio-legal issues as the formation and development of civil society in a democratic legal state (Grudtsyna L.Yu.), issues of electronic justice in arbitration and civil proceedings (Kononov D.A.), international economic sanctions (Alaameri A.Kh.), problematic issues of forming a reserve of municipal service personnel (Kallagov T.E.), and others.
